With recreational marijuana legalized, there had been a scramble for market share in industrial agriculture. GroTec (link) had been building grow houses for many years (legally, for medical marijuana), and wanted a website that would help them compete with corporate-backed architects who had deep pockets, but little to no experience in the industry. Working closely with the (very smart) husband-and-wife owners, I developed a new name, a tagline, and positioning statements for them and wrote all the website copy. Note that I did not write the Gro-Up campaign copy. That’s new.
