This was another of my friend Ray’s restaurants. The menu was Asian fusion, but that covers a variety of sins, so I expressed the idea with a little story about a bunch of friends who wanted to go to dinner together, but couldn’t agree on a cuisine. The story was simple, but got the idea across. The restaurant got great Yelp reviews until it closed a few years later. It was in a very out-of-the-way location…
